Maui Vow Renewal Photography | C + B
Christy and Ben had a wedding a few months ago in their home state of Texas, but they also had a dream to have a ceremony on Maui. So, they invited Christy’s parents and had a vow renewal ceremony on one of the stunning beaches on Maui’s South Shore in Wailea-Makena!
This ceremony started with the bride’s father walking her to the ceremony site. Many clients wonder if this is a possibility for their Maui beach wedding, so let me assure you that it is! Warm sand and lava rocks make for a lovely “aisle” with the sound of waves kissing the shore serving as the processional music.
Christy’s haku lei (flower crown) was absolutely breathtaking! I also loved her tropical bouquet, which the bride arranged herself.
This South Shore Maui beach was as crowded as I’ve ever seen it on the day of Christy and Ben’s ceremony. However, you would never be able to guess that from the photos! One of the many benefits of having professional photographer at your Maui wedding ceremony is the comfort of knowing that other beachgoers are not going to be in your photos. I know how to position you and your guests to capture images that make it appear as though you are the only ones present to witness your vows.
Ho'omaika'i 'ana (Congratulations), Christy and Ben! It was a pleasure to be your Maui vow renewal photographer! I hope to see you back again on Maui soon!
