Maui Destination Wedding at the Holy Rosary Church in Paia, HI | K + A
Karol and Aaron’s Maui destination wedding took place at the stunning Holy Rosary Church in Paia, Maui. A traditional Catholic wedding was important to Karol and Aaron, and you will see this reflected in the photographs taken during the ceremony. A gorgeous reception at the Maui Tropical Plantation followed. Dinner was served by The Mill House, and I can attest to the fact that it was absolutely delicious! I’ll never forget Karol and Aaron’s kindness in having all of their wedding vendors dine with them at the bride and groom’s table. The tasty meal was a treat on top of a lovely day spent photographing the palpable love between this couple!
One thing is certain on a wedding day— time accelerates for the bride and groom. There is often a lot going on and it can be challenging to focus on getting photos of the newlyweds together. So, I was stoked that Karol and Aaron were interested in a “trash the dress” post-wedding photography session! We met the day after the wedding to take some photos of just the two of them on Maui’s North Shore. Karol and Aaron found this session to be “very romantic and unique…We had so much fun!”
Karol and Aaron live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and they describe themselves as regular people that had a dream to get married on Maui. I’m so happy that this wedding came together perfectly for this sweet couple!
Ho'omaika'i 'ana (Congratulations), Karol and Aaron!
