“We decided to elope to Maui, and we chose Katy as our photographer. Katy was great leading up to our special day, she had wonderful beach suggestions and other vendor recommendations. On the day of, Katy arrived early at the beach and helped to ease my nerves :)
We were so impressed with the amount of photos Katy captured during our ceremony! Right after the ceremony, it began pouring. We went to another beach, in hopes of dodging the rain, but no luck. Yes, every bride’s worst nightmare happened to us, but fear not though!
Katy was so kind enough to offer us another time to re-shoot photos. I cannot express how much this meant to us since we traveled so far and looked forward to the photos. We re-scheduled with her a few days later on a nice, DRY day.
Taking photos can be awkward, but Katy was great in directing us. I loved the creative shots that she captured! She is extremely talented and I felt very comfortable having her photograph us. The gallery that Katy provided us was ABOVE AND BEYOND what we had expected. To anyone considering booking her - I HIGHLY encourage you to do so! My husband and I decided to elope to Maui and knew that we wanted to hire a photographer to capture our special moment. I chose Katy after reviewing pictures from previous elopements. Katy was great leading up to the pictures, she had wonderful beach suggestions and other vendor suggestions for me. On the day of, we met at Maluaka Beach. Katy arrived early and prepared which is great in easing ones nervous mind on their wedding day :) We were so impressed with the amount of photos Katy captured during our ceremony.
