Laura and Jacob live in San Diego, and they were so stoked to choose Maui as their elopement location! They are both ocean lovers, and they decided early on in their engagement that a beach elopement would be perfect for them. Their elopement took place during sunrise at Makena Cove on Maui’s South Shore.

Connie and Patrick are a lovely couple that live in San Francisco, and they decided to elope on Maui. This couple and their elopement stand out to me as being incredibly elegant. Connie’s dress was STUNNING, and Patrick was dressed quite dapper. More important than their wedding clothes, however, Connie and Patrick clearly share a deep love for each other, and their excitement for their future together shines through in these images.
Lovely Elopement at Ironwoods Beach, Maui | A + J
On a gorgeous late May afternoon, Angel and James were married during an elegant beach elopement ceremony on Ironwoods Beach (Oneloa), Maui. Angel and James have been together for 7 years, and earlier this year, they decided that an elopement on Maui was the perfect way for them to wed. The couple is from Pennsylvania, and like many who elope on Maui, they had never visited the island before.

Stephanie and Randall planned their Maui elopement from their home in California. They had eight family members in attendance for their lovely ceremony. During their ceremony, the first large south swell of the season was occurring, which meant that there wasn’t as much white sand beach available at Makena Cove. Although Makena Cove is a stunning location, and it’s easy to understand it’s popularity for elopements on Maui, when swells come from the south during the summer months, the larger waves can take the beach right out.
